Autograph Story #28: Robert Andino

I have met Robert a lot of times as he is one of the most fan friendly Orioles. The first time I ever met Robert was at Orioles FanFest 2011. I got him on one of those giveaway post cards because I had no clue who he was and the whole reason I bought the station was for Adam Jones.

This past year on June 29th 2011 I didn't ask him to sign at all I just asked for my photo with him and he was kind enough to take it.

At this years FanFest, he was waiting for the station before to be over while waiting with family, I also had this station that he was waiting for. I only asked him if I could get my photo with him because I didn't want to ask him for a post card since I already have one of him. After the photo I thanked him for knocking the Red Sox out of the playoffs and he laughed and said something but I didn't quite catch it. In the station I got him to sign a Marlins rookie card of him and a nice Orioles card. The volunteer people were telling us to only ask them for one autograph and that was all I did and he still signed both for me. When he was done signing the cards or me he looked at them for a little bit and then gave it back. i guess he was tired and just wanted to go home at that point. Here are the autographs:
